My name is Mike Dedoes. My wife Sara and I met in 2020 before the start of the pandemic at a fitness conference. We hiked throughout the pandemic for our dates. We got married in June 2022 in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. We live in Knoxville with our two fur babies. I am a personal trainer (in-person and virtual), and Sara is a middle school teacher and basketball coach.
I have been passionate about health and fitness since 2010!
I am an A.C.E. certified personal trainer with add-on certifications of Spartan SGX and DEKA Coach. Through my fitness journey, I have completed 3 Spartan Ultras (31 miles with 60 obstacles), several Spartan Sprints (5K), Supers (10K), and Beasts (Half Marathaon), as well as 2 Deka Strongs and 1 Deka Fit. I have also placed top 10 in a physique competition in 2017.
I love helping people achieve goals that they didn't think were possible, and seeing people happier, healthier, and more confident!
I am currently a personal trainer at a local gym in Knoxville. Last year, I did over 2,000 1-on-1 training sessions. I also started my own Virtual Personal Training business in 2022 to help people all over the country.
I have worked with many different types of clients ranging in age from teenagers to 70+ years old, and beginners to advanced athletes. Most goals vary from wanting to lose weight and gain better mobility to adding muscle and fitness competitions.
Through my experience working with many different types of people, I have learned that everyone has unique goals and challenges. I do not offer one size fits with personal training.
Some people need a trainer to help them believe in themselves. Others need a trainer to look into their nutrition to guide them in the right direction with knowledge and accountability. Some people don't know where to start with fitness or they need help with reaching that next level.
I put my heart into helping my clients achieve their desired goals. My goal is to make fitness less overwhelming, more fun, and more fulfilling.

If you already go to a gym or have a gym at home, you can have a program designed specifically for you that you can do on your own. With or without weekly accountablity calls.
If you don't need the extra accountability, a custom program, or can't afford 1-on-1 training, this option is for you!
