Program Length: Perpetual, 6-week cycles
Difficulty: Intermediate to Advanced
Equipment Used: Barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull up bar, medicine ball, box for box jumps, resistance bands, and treadmill. I provide options for alternate exercises if you don't have the equipment listed.
