We will meet up on a Zoom call for a 45-minute workout. You have the choice of 1, 2, 3 workouts per week for a 6-week program.
I will help you use the proper form for exercises that you are doing, track your progress over the 6-weeks, keep you motivated and on track, and challenge you to get out of your comfort zone.

Before our 1st workout, we will do a fitness assessment to see what we need to focus on the most and what you are doing well.
We will record your biometrics and do tests for strength, flexibility, posture, and mobility.
At the end of your 6-week program, we will do the same tests to see how much you have improved.
Nutrition is just as important as workouts! I will help you out with your nutrition throughout your 6 weeks. We will set you up with an account on MyFitnessPal so I can see your diary of foods that you are eating throughout the week. This will allow me to help you with tips, substitutions, and healthy recipes to make your nutrition easier and more convenient.
If you have Facebook, I will add you to a Facebook group and chat with like-minded people. Everyone is helping each other stay motivated and accountable to reach their goals.
