
My name is Mike Dedoes, and my wife, Sara, and I have been building our life together since 2020. We met at a fitness conference just before the world shut down for the pandemic, and during that season, hiking became our favorite way to spend time together and connect.
In June 2022, we got married in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and now we call Knoxville home, where we live with our two fur babies.
Fitness and helping others are a big part of our lives. I work as a personal trainer, offering both in-person and virtual coaching, while Sara is a middle school teacher and basketball coach, making an impact in the lives of her students and athletes every day. Together, we’re passionate about growth, health, and building a life centered around purpose and connection.”

My own fitness journey has included completing 3 Spartan Ultras, multiple Spartan races, and earning 3rd place at the DEKA World Championships — experiences that have taught me discipline, resilience, and what it takes to perform at a high level.
I currently train clients in person in Knoxville and virtually across the country, working with everyone from beginners to competitive athletes. My mission is simple: help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident in every area of life.

Through my experience working with many different types of people, I have learned that everyone has unique goals and challenges. I do not offer one size fits with personal training.
Some people need a trainer to help them believe in themselves. Others need a trainer to look into their nutrition to guide them in the right direction with knowledge and accountability. Some people don't know where to start with fitness or they need help with reaching that next level.
I put my heart into helping my clients achieve their desired goals. My goal is to make fitness less overwhelming, more fun, and more fulfilling.
