In the app, you can log your workouts.  After you log your workout, you will be able to see a history of your previous workouts so that way you don't have to guess about what weight you used last time.

You don't have to guess what weight or reps you used in your previous workout.  When you are able to see what you did last time, you can challenge yourself to increase the weight, reps, etc.

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

Do you want to see progress in more areas, not just weight loss?


Before our 1st workout, we will do a fitness assessment to see what we need to focus on the most and what you are doing well.


We will record your biometrics and do tests for strength, flexibility, posture, and mobility.  


At the end of your 6-week program, we will do the same tests to see how much you have improved.

OPTIONAL WEEKLY ACCOUNTABLITY CALLS

Do you need extra accountability to make sure you are doing your program consistently, on top of your nutrition, or correct form or modification questions?


For an additional cost, you will have access to me for any questions that you have for 30 mins on a weekly call.
